Hi there
We`d like to introduce ourselves at this very exciting time for us.
We are purchasing our holiday home in Caleta De Fuste.

We entend to use it as a holiday home at first then in about 5 years or so, will be living there full time.

We are finding it a bit of a mind field, if we rent it out a few times a year, how we go about the tax laws, we wondered if you could advise us on what to do in this situation. 

Does anyone have any advise for us please?
