Hi all
Just wondering where to bring somebody for a special meal in Corralejo.
I have heard very mixed reactions from Tuxedius.
What's your openion. I know its expensive. :'(

Rompeolas is a bit special!

We have had good and bad in Tuxedos so would not recomend them in case you get the bad. Toro Beach for the food, service and the view.

Bahia Real offers you a choice of 5 restaurants which are all worth while !

Are Bahia Real open to the public? We tried to get a meal there when they first opened but they wouldn't let us in :o

Ivemovedon

Stayed at both Bahia Real and Rompeolas. Wasn't overly impressed with the Bahia but we may have been unlucky. Rompeolas on the other hand is one of the few places I'd recommend to eat at. Might upset some people on here but they do a blinding English style breakfast as well.

Ivemovedon

No but it probably is.
Quality not quantity is sometimes the winner.

Are we talking about the same place? Bahia Real has been open for ages !! (The 5 star hotel at the entrance of Corralejo) They will however have a dresscode  >:(

Funny, I thought that quality is always the winner ! Does where we come from (Maybe the main reason we are so often disappointed on Fuerteventura ?  :'()

Ivemovedon

When you weigh 18 stone quantity comes first..

Perhaps The Ugly Duckling?

Oh yes indeed, another of our favourites and since they moved up to near Mercadona they now have fabulous premises and have just finished their outside terrace to make it even better. Can't wait to go back - Henrik is such a great host!
