If applying to renew residency in Corralejo is a current rental contract one of the requirements if  your not a property owner?

Didnt know you had to renew your Residencia, no expiry date on ours ?

Only non EU citizens need to renew, initially after 1 year and then every 5 years. Subject to the local rules of course.
