There is a month left for the summer, but the beaches of Playa Blanca, Playa Chica and Puerto Lajas, all of them with blue flag, could be without help if there are not companies interested in attending the new contest that will be processed by the urgency route the City Council Puerto del Rosario.

When hardly a month remains for the beginning of the summer, the contracting of the aid service, rescue and rescue in Playa Blanca, Playa Chica and Puerto Lajas is still in the air. The City Council of Puerto del Rosario has declared the contest desert, after no company has attended to it. Sources consulted have pointed out that the conditions demanded by the Consistory regarding the time of the concession have been "unattractive" for the companies.

But the Consistory does not fail in its intention that the service of first aid can be lent during the next summer season. That is why "a modification of credit has been made to increase the amount of the concession, so that it is more profitable for companies," report from the Department of Recruitment of the City of Puerto del Rosario. In addition, the procedure "will be processed by means of urgency so that the service can be awarded in the month of June".

For some years now, the City of Puerto del Rosario has been providing the first aid service on the three designated beaches, very crowded and located in or close to urban centers. The intention of the Consistory has been to expand each year the period of time in which surveillance is given, which usually starts in June and ends between October and December."

That is shameful, the appropriate Cabildos should be supplying in the Lifeguards themselves.
They seem to find money for other useless projects
