Has anyone experienced higher electric bills in the last two months at all?

It might because with the day getting shorter your using your lights more. Also check your previous  bill,it may have been an estimate whereas your latest one is an actual reading.
The website is endesaclientes.com, it has an option for English and it quite user friendly. There is a chat option that is probably better than emailing them.  The site is quite user friendly.
Email messages come from gestiononline@endesaonline.com but not sure if you can send messages to there.
