Is parking available at the Morro Jable ferry harbour?

It isn't clear from Google Earth whether there's parking close to where you board the Fred Olsen ferry to Gran Canaria. We'll have a large suitcase and a guitar with us as well as some hand baggage, so we don't want too long a walk. I'm hoping there's something similar to the airport parking area (but cheaper). No websites that I've found carry the information.

Does anyone here have first-hand experience? TIA for your help.

There is no charge to park in the Harbour car park. Not sure they approve of cars being left long-term though.

Thanks Archer. That's about what I was expecting but not wanting. I need to leave the car for over a week and really don't want to get back to find it's been towed away just when I need to get back up to Corralejo. I suppose that cuts out the Morro Jable ferry.

There are car parks in town with no restrictions. Easy to walk to the ferry from there. When are you going? I could check next week if security have an area where cars can be left.

Safe to leave on the streets of Morro Jable. Just don't leave anything to tempt on show

Really sorry for not replying earlier but in the end we weighed up all the options and decided to fly over and back. Of course, I stopped monitoring this at that point :(.
