The real reason why Boris was chosen

I'm told by a VERY reliable source that Boris' appointment is down to a mistake.
Prime Minister May was given a list of possible Ministers and wrote F. Off against Boris' name.

But her press secretary assumed it meant Foreign Office and put out a press release before the error was spotted.
