Short term lets

In a domestic area of Corralejo existing detached villas are being refurbished and a number of new detached villas have been built.
All to a very high level of comfort and luxury; heated private pools, airconditioning, fully equipped kitchens, walk-in showers etc.
What do they know what we don't?
Or are they just chancing it?

There's a lot of building gong on on empty plots behind Fuerchina. There's a block of 5 which are nearly finished and there's a sign outside advertising Five Dream Villas. Looks like a holiday let but can't find anything online advertising them.
