It's the entrance on the right of the streetview here with navy blue above the entrance.
Grab yourself a 'deli' number when you go in, from the assistant sitting at the desk nearest the windows. Just hover behind whoever she is serving at the time! One of the assistants speaks really good English and is ever so helpful although I've never tried changing tariff in there. Good luck - let us know how you get on please.
