a whats on calendar for fuerte

I saw in another posting that it was the kite festival a couple of days ago, my question is, is there a yearly calendar or listing of all the whats on of interest like that, we were over there in feb this year and were able to go to the carnival but we only found out it was on when we were there rather than booking our holiday to line up with it
the calendar here lists every ones birthday but not stuff like the kit festival
