Long-ish term rental?

I've been coming to Fuerte every year for the last 5, we've cycled round most of the island and find it very hard to beat for calm winter sun. Now back in the UK and have decided that next winter I'd like to stay longer.

So I'm looking for a minimum 2 month let from mid-December 2015 - preferably either in the Lajares area south of Corralejo, or maybe around Gran Tarajal. Other areas would also be considered! 2 to 3 beds and broadband ....

Any help on this would be v much appreciated. And I've had it with winter in the UK!
