Does anyone know of or have a modern or traditional  3 bedroom house for sale on the  island? it must be in excellent condition structurally and cosmetically ie ready to move into. I'm not after a holiday home its for permanent residence so please bare this in mind. We will consider anywhere on the island. No complexes or silly prices thanks. Funds ready and waiting  for the right property. Thanks

Hundreds of them  - look on the websites of the big banks, they all have repossessions that are being cleared but these may need some work to bring them up to scratch

I suggest you rent initially and have a good look around - you may discover parts of the Island you didn't know existed. Rushing in at this stage may turn out to be a bit of a disaster, you could end up somewhere totally unsuitable, like???!
