What system and download speed is he getting?

My experience recently re wifi was the best thing since the slice pan. I spent last week in Corralejo. I through the Corralejo facebook page saw where a very nice guy called Ralph has walking wifi gadgets for renting. I made contact with him when I arrived. (I have a place in the old town so might I say have no internet connection
at all). I did try a dongle-no use.Ralph rented out his matchbox size device for 22euro for 6nights. I had internet all day long everyday, ie in the house, sand dunes,
on the buses, just everywhere. Ok these units are not intended for watching movies, or video streaming, but that was fine by me. Yes it is very fast.

I have no landline or mobile signal in my house, but I have 6 mb WIFI via a Router from JRM in El Matorral. Their antenna is on top of Chipmunk Mountain.
