Boring I know,  - but has anyone else who has this system,had any trouble with the signal in the last day or two?
Dave from them, came out about a week or so ago & re-entered a code to put it right. TO STOP PEOPLE GETTING IT FOR FREE! APPARENTLY. Now it's gone again. Tried phoning on Friday 12 midday- got a message saying " our hours are from 9am to 1pm??? Mon. to Fri. Left a message (which he had previously told me goes to his mobile) Ok?
Rang 3 more times including Saturday. NO REPLY!
We pay enough for these channels, service

They sent  out an email about the service from 16/09. You may just need to unplug the box for 30secs. Our system is working fine.

From the week commencing 16/09/13 there will be some minor disruptions to your UKTV service. We need to alter our security software at our transmitter as the signal is currently being hacked by illegal installers and users who are not paying for the service. This disruption is necessary to prevent this.


This will be for approx 30 mins each time and occurrence will vary until the situation is resolved.  For any genuine UKTV customers this should have no affect to your signal following the changes however if any channels do have problems please unplug your power lead for 30 seconds and reconnect to solve this.

Don´t forget....Friday was a fiesta for the whole of Fuerteventura so more than likely not at work.
