1. Is there a blood donation system in the islands? If yes, has anyone got the contact details?
2. Is there a system for donating organs? If yes, contact details if possible please.

Hi Tamara,  Spanish residents are automatically presumed to be  organ donors unless they sign saying that they want to opt out of the scheme.
