Hot air from Africa has sent temperatures in some part of the islands soaring to around 40C - 104 degrees Farenheit.

OMG, how sad . It is my opinion that there are not enough warnings regarding taking precautions in extreme heat and sunshine, albeit people should use common sense but after a cold winter and awful spring in the UK I suppose common sense goes out the window.
