Hi - Has anyone else had any bother with the new Santander way of transferring money at no charge, using their App - One Pay FX ? I did a transfer on 30th Oct 18 and its still in progress ! When I contacted them they apologised and said its still going through their money laundering checks - How long does that take really and truly !!
