Anyone with on-line access to their Endesa electricity account got any idea how to turn off an empty property alert?

I remember thinking, that's a darn good idea when I saw it (and set it to 'on'), but now I'm out here and consuming electricity, I'm bombarded by emails telling me that electricity is being consumed in a property I've marked as being empty - how on earth do I turn it into off?  Anyone any ideas???

I've got a suspicion that when they re-designed the website, they dropped the 'setting up alerts' page, so quite how I'm supposed to turn the alert off is a complete mystery to me :-(

Any help??

Tom.

Log in and go to 'Mi Perfil' (My Profile), scroll down and you come to 'Configura tus alertos' options are in there.  Well at least they are in mine.   :D
I won't turn it on just in case I can't turn it off.

Looking forward to the day I tick the "One way only" box when booking flights to Fuerte. [:)]

Hi Deso,

I've looked at the 'my profile' page, in both English and Spanish, and I don't see a configure your alerts option. I get the following options: User Data, Holder Data, Method of payment, Contract Information, Bank Account, Management of Authorizations, Privacy of your data, Additional data.  I've opened every tab and none of them make any mention of alerts.

I've looked via a web browser and also on the phone app.

Thanks for your kind suggestion, but it hasn't worked for me.  Do you always view the site in Spanish?  I switch the page to English (3 bars, top right).

I tend to use all my 'Spanish' sites in Spanish as sometimes the 'English' bits don't always work properly.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in again?

Hi Tom,
Are you looking at it on Android or Apple, the site may look/operate differently ?? Just a thought !! I have Apple & on the gear button (settings) top left it has a “notifications” tab which has the toggle buttons for “reached kWh limit since last bill” & “any kWh use since last bill” , I use the English option. . HTH, Cheers . . Ron

Hi Deso, yes, logged out of the app and also logged out on-line, but no change!

Hi Ron, I'm using the app on Android but also logging in on line using Google Chrome on Windows 10.

Interestingly, clicking on the settings gear, gives me an option for notifications and then listed under that I my alert for a new bill, but nothing else. When I click on the help button on that page, it lists the various alerts that you can switch on or off, including the Empty Property Alert, but on my page I only have the option of turning on or off e-billing!

I've now registered a query on line asking them to turn off the alert.

Thanks both for your help and advice, but I'm now leaving it to Endesa to sort out.

Tom.

On an iPad, Settings, notifications, contracts.
Turn on or off.
