We only hear bad news about any British projects, which certain people who have a grudge about the UK, are only too happy to paint a picture that UK is in decline, unlike our European cousins who live in wonderful countries where nothing goes wrong and everything is perfect. The reality is at some point where ever you are there are problems. Remember the Space telescope where some of the US engineers were working with imperial measurements and some others in Europe had been working in metric, which wasn`t discovered till it was put in orbit.
