which would you consider to be the best tapas bar in Fuerteventura?

1966 tapas, in Caleta. Large choice of dishes, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

According to Google Tapas in Spanish Cuisine can be small dishes of anything.
Including hot or cold items.

Well, in that case enjoy your tapas at Googles.
For me a tapa is finger food, nothing to do with a cuisine as google states, but with a bar where they are served alongside your drink.

There was the harbour and the tower and not much else in 1979. :D :D

We stayed there twice in the early eighties, and it was developed up to the main road, but nothing on the other side or to the south. There was a great silver service restaurant in the tower, and the fish restaurant (shack) on the beach
