We found Centrogar on Calle Goya very good, wide selection, quality and deliver for free.

Went to Ideal in Rosario and it looks like most of the shop is being refurbished so there's a limited amount of floor space at the moment

Yes it has been for a couple of months, did you ask a couple of them speak good english, there is also a branch in Corallejo although I do not know where.

You can go to ideal down south at: Pol. Ind. El Cuchillete, Parcela 17, s/n, 35620 Tuineje, Las Palmas, Spain
Open 8am->8pm Monday to Friday, 8am->13:30pm on Saturday but closed Sunday.
