Has anyone used Caletadent, if so what was the experience and do they speak English?

Yes, I have just had a few appointments with them recently.  Have found them to be excellent.  The Dentists do not speak English, other than "open"/ "close" but the two dental assistants/ nurses who also act as receptionists etc (multi tasking!) do speak quite good English, and are available for any translation needed. I had to have a very traumatic extraction and their follow up contact and treatment was excellent.

I used them as well on 3 different occasions.
Doctor Marta is a very professional dentist, and indeed, the assistants do a very good job to translate everything.
At Caletadent, I also had a Cuban dentist who replaced doctor Marta when she was on holiday last summer. I couldn't be happier with the work that this lady did. Amazing skills.

I had cause to use them twice during the winter. On both occasions I was very satisfied with both the treatment and the care. I had different dentists first Marta and second another Lady when Marta was not available. The receptionist/assistant spoke very good English so no problems at all.

P.S. just realised that you're talking about CALETADENT. I miss read it as CAREDENT, which is in Puerto.
The details below are about CAREDENT.

They must have changed a lot since I went there.

Like all the "chains", they are only interested in selling policies. The seller that tried to sell herself to me, had a massive rack and even though not interested, I couldn't stop looking at them, lol.

The Cuban dentist decided I needed about 15 fillings and that I must have my wisdom teeth removed along with another one that wasn't in line with the rest.

they wanted me to make an appointment and pay 20 euros for the privilege. I simply walked out the door.

In recent years, there has been a big increase in the number of complaints, particularly with the "chains".

As in my case, they use scare tactics to get people to sign up and spread the cost, etc.

End result for me.......... I needed ONE filling (work performed elsewhere obviously); no problems with my wisdom teeth; the bent one is merely a cosmetic issue.
