Barclay Card have a travel card with a promotional offer until August 2022. It does not charge a foreign currency fee or any interest on purchases or cash withdrawals as long as the balance is paid within 56 days.
it uses the visa exchange rate so virtually the daily bank rate.
Ideal for use in Fuerte and easy to manage with a direct debit to pay off the balance each month.
Also the same deal for a 2nd card on the account so one each.

P.S. local currency is charged for so not much use in the UK
