Communidaf Constitution

Does anybody know if there's a generic constitution for Communidads in Fuerteventura. Obviously there will be local variations but are there any elements that are secured in stone e.g. who can hold officer positions etc Curious.

I believe the overriding Spanish law  for community rules or what are called “statutes”.
are established in Law 49/1960 these are applicable. If you google this they are available on line.

Apparently some updates have been made in 2015/16.

Doesn't apply to me, so don't know much about the contents.
