Does anyone know if Electron take away the old product when you buy off them

They did for us, just let them know you have an old appliance when you buy the new one and are arranging delivery.

When we bought a new washing machine earlier this year from Electron they installed it, tested it and took the old one away. When we bought one from Currys they charged an extra 30 quid for the same service!
