Re checking and sealing roof for water leaks.

As we approach our winter in Fuerteventura,and at times very heavy rain,i wonder who is best to check our flåt roof once again for resealing etc.English Paul did an excellent job in the past but can be hard to pin down as he is very busy.any suggestions,and thank you

Shouldn't be necessary. Paint your roof every 2 or 3 years and u should be ok.
It's the easiest job in the world as u are literally dumping the paint on the roof.

Yes, it IS an easy job.  We did our last year. Sweep it off first then paint with the special paint ( cannot remember the name) - just make sure you don't paint yourself into the wrong corner of the roof so you are stuck until it dries!! LOL!
