Has anybody managed to book an appointment through this website?

I'm trying to input a friend's details to get them an appointment to change their address but every variation I try gets rejected. Any clues?

Oh for the days when you took a deli ticket and waited for hours to be seen ................... only to be sent away as they wouldn't be able to get round to you that day!

I tried every combination, but it seems this site is for Spanish Nationals ID card only. There's no reference to the green floppy NIE card. I'd just go if I were you, and act dumb.

Thanks Woe. There is an associated 'help' pdf which shows a green NIE but even using the example from that it didn't work. I then tried the 'contact us' option but got a reply saying it was just for help with the website, not for help with making appointments. (And there was me thinking the whole point of the website was making appointments  !) I think I'll go with your suggestion unless someone comes up with another idea shortly.
