You can buy it in any supermarket. We have a bottle from Mercadona.
It is Vinagre De Manzana.

Best Cider Vinegar I've found is the YBARRA brand available at Spar and maybe Hipedino.

Cider -  Apple in Spanish is Manzana. Not sure it is exactly Cider But hope it works.

You're better off getting from the health shop in Rosario, along from the Rotundas and near the Red Cross. It's more expensive but more natural and certainly does the job. The cheap stuff in the supermarkets isn't for health use. Have a look at www.earthclinic.com and enter your ailment and see if cider vinegar can help. Good Luck
