How do I change the address for my car. Car tax etc....

I would imagine a visit to Trafico is on the cards as that is where you register in the first place.

Where's Traffico? Never been there as we bought the car new

You need to make an appointment online to do this as Trafico is now by appointment only.

Select Las Palmas - Fuerteventura in the office box and Tramites de oficina in the second box. Select Vehiculos on the next page. The next page ask for your details and vehicle details and also the details of your representative. if you are not using a representative put your own NIE on the reps details or the page will not let you continue. it will then offer you a choice of appointment times and dates.

You should be able to do this OK even if you don't speak Spanish. If a guy with a ponytail is on one of the desks he speaks reasonable English. print out your appointment to show the security guy when you go in.

Yes Chris, any anything a trafico requires an appointment. Take your premision of circulation car doc with you and originals and copies of your passport, residencia/NIE and document to show you have registered to live at new address - empadron or other doc from town hall that they will produce if you show them your rental contract if you rent.
