Internet Speed today?

Hi, my PC is really slow today. Just did a speed test; 15 download 0.00 upload???
Anyone else?

15 what? KB (slow)? MB (quick -unless you have fibre)?

What's your normal speed?

It says Mbps?  We have Movistar landline, internet & moblie fusion package. Upload is back to 7 Mbps.

I'm in the UK and I get this problem occasionally. 

All I do is switch the router off, leave a minute or so, and switch it back on.

It droips the connection and then gets a new one which is usually OK.
