Campo de golf and Intasure

Our place on the golf has been insured for a few years now by Intasure. We have recently received an email from Intasure stating that the underwriters are not willing to insure properties on the golf any longer. We asked why not, but was only told it was a decision by the underwriters.
We would assume that this action has been taken by Intasure due to the issue with the underground water mains which have a tendency to leak, resulting in very expensive repair bills.
We spoke to Yolanda at Liberty Seguros who quoted us £150 less than what Intasure would of been, plus there is no excess on the policy. Also Liberty Seguros carry out any repairs necessary resulting from a claim.
Has anybody had to claim from Liberty Seguros and was it as straight forward as it seems?

Also on Campo de Golf. I had a water claim with Liberty Seguro about two years ago. All was handled very professionally  by Yolanda and I was re-imbursed against proven changes in water bills. Highly recommend.

been with liberty at least 15 years any claim we had was dealt with no problems at all excellent service
