As a matter of interest how many of you have had bad experiences with this company my niece has just returned from Fuerte , when she arrived the transfer was late an on return it never turned up at all so she rang an they said they forgot it an to get a taxi an they would return the fae at their desk in the airport but they only refunded part of it. It seems a regular thing with this company as the receptionist that rang the taxi for my niece warned her to hold n to the receipt as they don't pay up when you get there they only paid part I'm just glad my niece had the sense to keep some extra money to pay for the taxi. A similar problem happened with my sister. When checking this on their facebook page it's happening a lot an a lot of people are waiting to be refunded I for 1 will not use this company again or recommend it .

That's terrible - what portion of the fare did they reimburse?  Hope she pursues it further with them.  Sure their head office is in England.
Our main complaint is the time you sometimes wait at the airport when coming out - from restort to airport not had a problem.
Though don't like the new booking system - not as straightforward as before.

Taxi was â,¬45 an they gave her â,¬20 ishe is a  quiet  girl an only 21 and was already late so she didn't argue but I am in to them , similar happened my sister with them last year they were not at the airport to collect family of 4 an they had to get a taxi. They did give back the money she paid for the transfer not the fare for the taxi but in my nieces case they said they would pay for the taxi but didn't

I`ve seen a few complaints about this outfit on Trip Advisor as well....The Company works in a similar way to the on line car rental agencies. They are a UK booking outfit and sub contract everything out to local operators. This is where the system falls down. Because of the lower prices they will contract local services on the basis of lowest quote. You get what you pay for...

I used Hoppa in Turkey last July and they were brilliant; so had no hesitation in using them for a one way transfer from the Airport to Corralejo last December...OOPS!!
I booked the single transfer for my wife and I in October 2015. As I had not received any information in respect of what to do when we landed at Fuerteventura, I rang their Call Centre on 1st December.
To be fair they immediately sent an email containing my travel voucher and instructions to go to the Quick Travel Service Desk (Number 10) when we landed.
My wife had special assistance from the aircraft in the form of a wheelchair. Surprisingly and embarrassingly the guy pushing the wheelchair took my wife to the head of the quite long queue at Desk 10.
OK not Hoppa's fault, but much more embarrassing was the fact that we held up the queue for some 10 minutes whilst their Agent tried to find our booking.
He had no record of it whatsoever and eventually just gave up, took our travel voucher and gave us a slip of paper and said to go to Bus C1.
When we got to Bus C1 the driver had no list of passengers either. He just asked where we were going and how many passengers there were and wrote it down on a little bit of paper he had.
He continued to do this until the bus was full. The passengers who continued to turn up for Bus C1 were told "full next one". They had no idea of what to do next or if and when the next bus would be arriving.
When we arrived in Corralejo the driver didn't seem to know where he was going. As a regular visitor to Corralejo, I know it can be confusing with some of it's one way streets, but we went up several streets several times and the driver seemed confused or lost and even with his little list his drop off order was completely illogical.
Consequently my wife and I were on that bus for over 2 hours.
I'm only glad I didn't book a return transfer as well; because if they didn't have us booked going out, they certainly wouldn't have had us booked on the way back.
My letter of complaint got us a 50% refund; but I would agree with Paully's comments about them contracting out their service.
