Hi
Does anyone please have a telephone no for their technical support other than Paul's landline no which is posted on this section.

TamaraEnLaPlaya

If anyone needs to make contact with ZKTV or would like more info on their great offering and service please PM me and I will pass it on to Paul.

Maybe ZKTV should pay to advertise here and list their contact numbers in the ad.

what is wrong with people, for years ALMOST i repeat ALMOST every Brit on the island has searched every provider for T/V and at last we have one that fulfills every criteria and what do we do, HAVE A GO TIME get off your high horses and embrace the fact we have at last found the answer, well done ZK, and if any one wants contact with them, pm me and i will gladly put you in touch, and before you skeptics out there start asking, THEN HERE IS YOUR ANSWER NO I DO NOT KNOW THE COMPANY OTHER THAN HAVING THERE PRODUCT,  AND NO I AM NOT IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE COMPANY.  >:(

I'm not in the least sceptical about the company; I'm sure they provide a very good service. What I object to is them using this site for free to bombard us with advertising, when they should be paying for it like everyone else.

What's wrong about advertising?  Without it, this forum would probably not exist.

Perhaps all the businesses who advertise here should cancel their ads and freeload like ZKTV.

We would then be in a right pickle.

I think the point that some are trying to make, is that this is an open forum, not an advertising platform. If every IPTV company advertised here, it would take all day to read them . Let's be honest, there are numerous companies offering IPTV now, many of of which have a better offering than ZKTV. We like sport and have an IPTV provider offering more than 30 channels, all in English, as well as a good selection of UK basic channels, you just have to do your research using research engines.

I agree, why should they be exempt from paying for advertising. It's OTT sometimes.

This Forum doesn't run on fresh air  :o

Speaking from a personal point of view I tend to ignore advertising but do follow this forum avidly as it has been such a help to me. When I first saw the ZKTV and what they were offering I did have a bit of a go at them because I didn't like the tone of some if their posts, but when I looked closer at what they were offering and had the system demo'd to me I was so pleased that they did post in the forum. I now too am a ZKTV customer and delighted with their service and the help and support offered by them. Maybe some if the other providers(some already do) should be a bit more active in promoting their services as they may well be just as good? Anyway is it not just the one post which people can just ignore if they are not interested?

Without the post on here I wouldn't have known about ZTV, I tend to ignore adverts.
I have had a basic package installed and have been really impressed with it, especially the playback feature.
The quality of the picture is much better than my previous system and does not die when the wind is strong.
I have just taken the sports package which includes the Sky Sports channels, BT Sport and others again with a first class reception.
The other benefit I get is that calls to the UK are 4 cents a minute from the land line.
The service we have received from Paul is first class so a big thumbs up from me.
