Holiday internet access

We're coming over to Caleta for two weeks at Xmas and due to work commitments my husband will need a reliable internet access. Can anyone suggest how to obtain this for two weeks, as I don't want him having an excuse to sit in The Step Inn all day long.

Buy a MIFI in the UK - make sure its unlocked to any sim ( around £38 on Amazon ) then purchase a local internet only sim in Fuerteventura.
