I have just had a holiday maker complain to me that the outside area of the villa she is staying at became dirty and wet after last weeks storm.

Just tell them that they are lucky it's only a dirty wall. Gran Canaria had suspected Ebola victims washing up on Maspalomas beach by all acounts

No they don't, Magoo: they have Ebola-free boat people who started their journey in an Ebola-free country. Let's give the facts, not the rumours :).

Does this person's garden back home really stay dry when it rains? Must make watering the roses a bit expensive.

Why not make it clear to holiday makers that the price they pay includes an INITIAL clean, but they are responsible for any cleaning during their stay - job done?
