Undersea explorations have revealed that there may have been other Canary Islands. Following on from last years exploration of a submarine mountain which was later named Conception by scientists aboard the Hesperides oceanographic research ship, investigations have started on two other mountains which are located 190 and 110 nautical miles north of the Island of Graciosa. These have been named Dacia and Triton and are thought to have been above sea level millions of years ago. They both form part of a range of mountains which run between the Canary Islands , Madeira, The Iberian peninsula and Morocco.

Still waiting for the new one to be formed in El Hierro. :)

I read somewhere that La Gomera will have been reclaimed by the seaa in two million years, so I won't be buying there.  :o
