I would love to here about anyone's dealings with this company, my personal feelings are they cannot be trusted in any way at all,i had months of on off on off with internet and t/v to the extent of having to purchase new wifi unit and set top box, i was eventually told i could have catch up for 6 months as a courtesy for all the trouble i had encountered over the many months, then out off the blue i had 3 months money taken from our account for the premium package, even though they sent me a email saying i had in fact got it till next year, the reason they gave was i had agreed to take out 2 mobile phones from them, no way under any conditions did i agree to this. I would to love here anyone else dealings with them  :come on Europa lets here from you. you are so quite.(SO SORRY IT SEEMS I POSTED THIS ON WRONG SITE BUT STILL GOT A SURPRISING RESULT)

Europa will eventually make you an offer if you kick up enough fuss by posting on various forums. However, this is not how a good company should work. I eventually got offered what I asked for in the first place from them, but by that time I looked around and got a better deal by getting a faster line from movistar and using ZKTV to obtain my TV. By adding up the costs and the amount of fee telephone minutes etc I was better off moving from Europa. A lot of people I speak to who are on Europa have been complaining about the picture not being fit to watch during evening times when popular programs are on, due to Europa throttling the line. If I were starting again I would not go anywhere near them.

OK then clever fellow on a iptv box hd movies are un watchable on moviestar as they trottle back your speed its ok on sd channels works fine. i am not sticking up for europe they are a number two company but please dont keep making movistar out to be whiter than white they are the iron fist in a velvet glove mob. oh that post was five years old so fibra should be here soon tenerife are first i think.

FINALLY CHANGED TO ZK AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE, CHANGE OVER PAINLESS, FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPECCABLE AND FAULTLESS, STILL HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH EUROPA, NOT ABLE TO CALL OUT, BILLS FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED AND ON AND ON, BUT PAUL HAS EVEN HELPED ME WITH THESE PROBLEMS, FULL ON 100% RECOMMENDATION

I am so pleased I went with ZKTV as well. Excellent service, only had it for a month but the picture quality is excellent and it's so easy to use. And if there is a problem you can phone them and you know Paul will sort it out.
