Transferring ownership of our car

Morning all,

There must be someone here on the forum who can help us. We need to know what paper work do we need to transfer our car to the new owner, where abouts in Rosario is the office, and do we require a translator or can we do it ourselves. Any info/help is greatly appreciated.

My advice to save a load of hassle, is to use an Assesoria, that way you know it's all legal and there's no come-back. There's one next to the bakers shop in Caleta if that's where you are.
