This complex was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises 3 floors, with a total of 10 apartments.
Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception desk and safes. There is also a TV room. This family-friendly complex enjoys a fantastic location between Jandia beach and the town of Morro Jable (400 m away).
Numerous shops and entertainment venues are to be found in the immediate vicinity and a public transport stop is located directly in front of the complex.
