Mercadona has some clearly marked Gluten Free and Lactose Free products.

and Sugar Free sweets - for Diabetics

I bought some Hacendado Coffee Flavour sweets Carameleos de Cafe 'sin Azucares'.

They were super.

Pity I cant get them over here. :-(

I buy vivil bonbons in England (google them) They come individually wrapped in bags and do a coffee one. I stock up on them from the shop in Addenbrookes hosp whenever I go but other retailers in the UK must sell them, the strawberry ones are really lovely, about 99p - 1.09 per bag.

We use lactose free milk in our home,have done for years,hope we can find some whilst we're over....Usually buy normal milk when we're there but have wondered for a while if you could buy this sort of item,just never got round to asking anybody and whilst perusing on ere just now have spotted this thread/post,many thanks guys...... :)
