Spent a lovely time at Twinkle Trust with Jen & Sue.The trust does a fantastic job neutering the stray cats in Fuerteventura with the aim of keeping the numbers down.This is a small charity and they are always looking for help to raise funds for this very worthy cause. They also provide all the little "cat cafes" you see around the island.Check out their website www.twinkletrust.org for more information.
It's one of the few charities I support as it has a "future". The Trap, Neuter, Release program does produce a positive future for the feline population as it controls numbers and allows the remainder to have a healthy and contented life. [for the knockers - cats have been part of civilsed society for over 2000 years, there must be a reason that is the case]
Anyone who helps cats, dogs infact any animals has my respect
