Does anyone know an approximate IBI and community fees for the properties located in Caleta Alta, the two rows of semi-detached houses, painted in "mustard-ish" and "misty-blue"
located in Calle de Antigua and/or Tibiabin?

The Community Fees (Cuota) is based on the external land size at Caleta Alta. Typically Euro 35 per month but they do range from Euro30 to Euro40.
The IBI varies from house to house; I don't have the last number handy at the moment but if you personal message me and include the house number you are thinking about I will get you some more information
