There are a few properties but most seem to be aimed at short term holiday rentals.
So I guess I am putting this out there:
If you (or someone you know) has a property to let for long term, in the north (Cotillo, Larares and surrounding area but not Corralejo as I need something quieter) then drop me a line.
Otherwise I will be checking in on here and maybe becoming an active member of this forum over the next few months

Alternatively, you could try contacting owners on Holiday Lettings Platfroms asking if they would be interested in letting long term. It worked for me a couple of times. Otherwise, word of mouth. The Spanish would probably be more willing to let long term if you didn't mind things a bit basic and sitting on a sofa that looks like it's had a donkey sleeping on it.

I have contacted bliss, and am on their mailing list
also subscribed to updates from fotocasa and idealista.
Ive been going around to the local cafes and bars, buying a drink and speaking to the owners.
Will go back in a week and see if they have any updates.
I wouldnt mind an empty place even, just somewhere good :)
