Title: enviromental health

hi people i have a house up the hill in caleta there is a main drain leaking under my garden i have told maintenance but all they have done is replace a man hole lid sewerage water is leaking under the wall down the path at the side i have been in the building trade 35 years i know this is not going to get any better do i now need to speak to aguas antigua or is there a health department to report it to

Johnrugby would be your man for info. He lives somewhere up there as well & I am pretty sure he will know how to proceed. HTH

Two choices really, ring The Administrators of your community and ask them to deal with it, but for a quicker response Aguas has an office in Caletta, just down from the new pharmacy, can't remember the thr name of the street, but its the same street as Fado Rock, The Town HallJust 4 sales, etc, I believe it is open M-F 10:00 until 14:00

Yes, you need to contact Aguas de Antigua as they supply the water and are responsible for sewage in the Antigua Municipality.

thanks for that i have reported it to community admin about a month ago on our last visit they just sent the handy man round to look i think they are just avoiding doing anything because it will need to be dug up which will cost community money we are back in three weeks i will go to aguas office then thanks guys
