Can anyone suggest which bank in Caleta has the lowest charges for non resident account, if any of that branch are English speaking?

Don't know about non-resident costs (resident â,¬12 per quarter) but La Caixa has English speaking staff. We have changed to BBVA though. No charges for online account for resident don't know about non-resident but website can be in English. Branches in Morro Jable, Gran Tarajal, Puerto and Corralejo. I'm guessing that the Corralejo branch is the only one that is likely to have English speaking staff.
We have a non resident account at Caixiabank, it was opened in Rosario with the help of our solicitor but have used the branch in Caleta more as they have English speaking staff, more so than Rosario. Non resident charges are 24.50â,¬ every three months

Which is about double the resident charges
