The short answer is No, I believe there was someone in Costa Antigua at one time that made up curtains, again I think from the material you provided, but whether she still exists I have no idea, maybe ask on facebook?
If I were you I would head into Puerto and go to "Decolar" about 60/70 metres pastHiperdino on the same side of the road, not cheap but the best quality on The Island.
Just an idea, but you can also get curtains on Amazon.... ;)
