You could try the toyshop at El Mattoral - it has a very large range of stuff and may well sell it. But make sure it's an English language version if you intend playing in English. A Spanish one will have different proportions of letters, and probably odd characters like n tilde.
Yes and no :) Just like everything in Spain, you are going to find the Spanish version of Scrabble which has different letters, such as "LL" and "Ã'"
In my opinion, your best bet is ordering the english version from Amazon

As of the end of 2017 there is no tax to pay on the majority of items ordered under the value of â,¬150 when delivered to the canary islands, so it will take off the 21% VAT at checkout.
Amazon charge per order for delivery (around â,¬6 or â,¬7 but it varies I think?), or you can pay amazon prime which just this month increased to â,¬36/year and then it's unlimited free deliveries on any orders. Takes about 2to3 weeks to arrive though... :)
Most important note is to filter your amazon searches to only show amazon.es as the seller, otherwise you end up with loads of items from marketplace sellers that will not send to the canary islands (look out for the small red text stating this)
Hi Willie. Used Scrabble sets come up for sale on Fuerte-bay and similar sites every so often so might be worth putting a wanted post on there. Can lend you a set until you source one if you like. We have bought spare sets as we play enough to wear them out. Cheers
