Title: caleta building materials

i am in the process of buying a property dose anyone know a good place to buy building materials in caleta area i have been to the small place near to nestors half way up chipmonk are there any more please

The nearest other one is Ferreteria El Matorral.  It's off the second roundabout in El Matorral, on Calle Guelfo, near the bakery on the corner.

Agree with Captain Sensible's suggestion, I have used it and the guy there is very helpful & speaks good English.

They have another larger branch in Rosario and they will get stock from there for you and will deliver to you with no charge.

thanks for that next question is i wont be doing it until the new year but i want to concrete the patio then tile it about how much is concrete over there per meter

Are you talking readymix or buying bags and mixing it your self?

i will need to measure it up we are over begining sept to sign for the house we hope to get the keys then i would guess its about two to three cube so i am thinking ready mix would be more cost effective and quicker
