DO NOT wash your hair in the shower!!
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body. Printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning, "FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME." This is why I've been putting on weight!
I am getting rid of all shampoo and I'm going to start showering with Washing-Up Liquid. The label clearly states, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."

I went to the Doctor for some advice about losing my midriff wobble.
He said 'don't eat anything fatty'.
I said 'by fatty, do you mean things like burgers and chips'?
He replied 'no Fatty, don't eat anything'.
