I am relocating to Fuerteventura later this year, did anyone take their Vodafone or other networks mobile phone number with them from the UK.
Yes but you only get so many weeks/months per year to enjoy no roaming charges, wont be viable to use as the main mobile, best to keep and use occasionally and buy a Spanish sim to use all the time 8) 8) 8)
Thanks Globetrotter, when you say use occasionally, do you mean with a UK PAYG sim card. Any tips on which Spanish Sim to use.

I use an Orange payg sim out there (bought there) that works out fine for me
Maybe the 3 Mobile service would be of benefit with theâ€feel at home†feature enabling you to use your UK Mobile in Fuerte as if you were in the UK. The only drawback is an additional charge if phoning a Spanish number
